Need an exchange of size or item? Please place a new order! All available items and sizes at the present time are on our website.You can then return the unsuitable item from your original order so long as you are within the terms of our returns policy below.

We hope you love everything you buy from Paradiso Clothing, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in a resell-able condition with all tags still attached.

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. Please use a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us! Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Please allow between 7-10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Paradiso Clothing and processed by our team. An automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Please note that all pierced jewellery is non-returnable

ANY CUSTOMS FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY PARADISO CLOTHING. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL MAIL SERVICE FOR INFORMATION ON WHAT FEES YOU MAY INCUR.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS WILL CONTINUE TO BE ACCEPTED. IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM, THIS WILL BE FREE OF CHARGE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MEET THE COSTS OF ALL OTHER RETURNS, THIS INCLUDES POSTAGE, TRANSPORT AND ANY ASSOCIATED IMPORT OR CUSTOMS COSTS WHERE APPLICABLE.
